This petition is for students who wrote the BM303 final exam on 12 May. We believe the exam did not fairly reflect the module outcomes shared by IMM and that the time given was not enough to complete it properly. By signing, you’re supporting a call for the exam to be reviewed for fairness and alignment with the course content.
The mark allocation for most BM303 final assessment questions was far too little given the amount of information and work expected. Example the matrix evaluation question was only worth 10 marks but required more than 30mins to complete. Past papers this type of question was worth 40 marks.

Time of exam allocated was too short given so many questions that carried high marks.
Two many questions in each question that needed long explanation and analysises.
The question on pharmaceuticals was such a long and confusing question which we never covered.

the final assessment did not align with module outcomes. The way the questions were asked and what the rubric required you to do were two complete different things which then caused confusion and to top it off the time required to complete the assessment was very small.

not enough time, everyone complained, no one finished, overall bad experience and start to exams that made people discouraged.

Couldn’t finish exam due to the fact that we had to read a long case study at each question and analyse it.

The case studies were too long. The paper was quite difficult as well.
