Dear MV Residents:

Please support our petition. We realize that the world is not a perfect place and taking baby steps for change, is a good start. We all love our MV community and our desires is to help make it a better and safer place for those who live here. Signing this petition illustrates our hope for change in a proactive, and positive way. Thank you!!

1. Security at the pool is lacking, so we must have Fob access only.

2. Post office and Management to work on more secure post boxes since we have had many break ins and a thief has a master key.

4. Opt. 2: Management to hold packages in a secured area for a small fee to the people who want their items delivered there. (this method will replicate UPS store)

5. Neighbor hood watch meeting. MDR Sheriff's department did come out before to talk to residents, we would like that meeting again.

6. Management to allow us to post Neighbor watch signs as they are recommended by MDR Shefiff's department.

7. More security Guards please. Some residents, not all residents understand that the security is for MV property only. Residents would like to know what the options are for more security Guards. We would like more to be hired, and to be hired for MV residents and residents property; i.e. bikes, cars...One security Guard on a shift is not enough. One for each street when theft is prevalent is what we need. What is the cost break down and is this something we can vote on?
