Mariners Village desperately needs more security--guards, cameras, gates, card readers, more sheriff patrols, neighborhood watch, enclosed area for packages, etc.

We demand better security. Managements negligence toward resident safety and well being is unacceptable.

I agree with all the concerns listed and with some of the additional commentary by fellow residents. Keeping MV safer by making sure vagrants can't walk in off the beach and hangout by the jetty would help, enforcing cars to drive slower in MV because we've almost been hit when walking through the main center of Captains row/our parking lot, and ceasing the smoking because it is very dangerous to those of us who do not chose to smoke and don't want to expose ourselves and our newborn baby to such things. It is really upsetting when smoke from cigarettes and/or weed comes wafting into our apartment since we have the windows open to get airflow due to the lack of air conditioning in our units. We love living here and want to keep it the lovely pleasant place it is for ourselves and our neighboring residents. Thank you to all and have a wonderful day!

I’m particularly concerned about:
Fob access to the swimming pools
Security cameras in the mailbox areas
Security cameras in the car parks

Security is the utmost importance. People need to be safe and feel safe in their home environment and anywhere. Do the things that need to keep these people safe. Money shoul never be the issue.

These are very positive and doable actions that would mean a lot to residents.
