We the undersigned petition Mansfield District Council to grant the use of the former Pleasley Vale Plant Nursery for use as a Wildlife Sanctuary to enable the expansion of Mansfield Wildlife Rescue UK which treats thousands of injured, orphaned and abandoned animals and birds annually. The Sanctuary currently operates from a residential property in Mansfield Woodhouse and has seen the demand
for its services grow exponentially. The current property is no longer suitable for the needs of the project.

Stop wasting good land. Give it to the rescue.
We need this place in Pleasley. The animals deserve space to recover properly.
They do such amazing work with the hedgehogs and birds. Surely the council can find better use for that empty nursery than just letting it sit there.
Ridiculous that they have to beg for space when they save so many lives. Mansfield council sort it out!
PLEASE let them move. The house in Woodhouse is way too small now and the neighbors probably hate the noise. This is a no brainer.

I brought an injured owl to them last year and they were brilliant. They desperately need more room. Keep up the good work guys x
