Please sign this petition to help save our aviaries for our birds. Newport council are wanting to knock down all our flights due to planning issues. Our bird have safe environment to live and the local council want to take all that away from us. We rescue all types of birds from finches to parrots and have many flights to give them the best types of home
I am honestly stunned that one thousand people care about our birds as much as I do. This is entirely because of the kindness you have shown in spreading the word for these rescues. It feels like a dream to see this many people rally behind our little sanctuary.

I am honestly overwhelmed by the momentum that has built around the sanctuary. This progress belongs entirely to you because I never imagined so many people would step up to protect these birds.

I honestly never expected that one hundred people would care about our birds this much. This is entirely because of your kindness and I am just so stunned by the response.

The man is only needed a good thing for the birds so why should he be made to take it down. He doesn.t ask for any help or grants he pays it all out of his own pension. There should be more people in the world like him that want to help and will do anything to keep on helping.

Please leave these birds where they are as moving them onto somewhere else will cause them severe stress could even cause their death, this gentleman and his wife have given the animals a better life than they had, please please leave them there ,

This sanctuary is a much needed facility. I encourage people to understand that a place like this is an enourmous amount of work and the specialty knowledge required is difficult to be even adequately provided by generic animal support groups/facilities.

I had the pleasure of going to this sanctuary once with a friend. The place was amazing and every animal looked very well looked after and had good sized, well built avairys that I doubt they'd be lucky enough to get in their new homes.

What a wonderful place. I have inherited 2 parrots and have a young one which my grandson will inherit when I die. There are so many that dont know what they are taking on. Thats why we need this sanctuary to stay open please

If operational development took place 4 years ago it is immune from enforcement. If change of use has been ongoing continuously for 10 years or more it is immune from enforcement action. I will have a look at it and provide planning advice pro bono.
