Please sign this if you have had enough of vehicles exceeding the speed limits around our local streets, this is a petition that will be put forward to the Kapiti Coast District Council in an attempt to have speed humps or some alternative put in and around the Poplar Avenue area to make it a safer place for our children and members of the local community.
