6 months ago from now. The Winnipeg Police Service administration was being lead good by Ttuut, Paul and most importantly Minko. He has sacrificed many things and have done many things for Winnipeg. As he stated, he has many plans to do if he gets Chief of Police. I promise that the plans will make Winnipeg really great and make the administration better than ever. Winnipeg administration has dropped down the hill since Mango, Supreme, Ttuut, Minko and Paul gotten kicked out or left the administration team.
