6 months ago from now. The Winnipeg Police Service administration was being lead good by Ttuut, Paul and most importantly Minko. He has sacrificed many things and have done many things for Winnipeg. As he stated, he has many plans to do if he gets Chief of Police. I promise that the plans will make Winnipeg really great and make the administration better than ever. Winnipeg administration has dropped down the hill since Mango, Supreme, Ttuut, Minko and Paul gotten kicked out or left the administration team. Watching the city struggle lately has been painful because I know exactly how much potential we lost when Minko and the rest of the team were pushed out. I have been talking with people who worked under his leadership and they all agree that the current administration lacks the vision we saw before. We are working hard behind the scenes to make sure the right people see these names and understand that the current path is just not working.

Seeing this kind of momentum confirms that the city remembers what we built together. This movement is proving that Minko deserves the chance to lead again.

Although midnight is a good person, Minko is active and he deserves this promotion. Midnight barley has any patrols done, while minko is always in game and there for us. I hope to see you as CoP Minko!
Minko is a good guy, I have known him for a while I think he can make Winnipeg great again.

Yes, this is me. I've rejoined Winnipeg lately and saw the department was slacking and needed someone competent to take over. I'm not trying to come back into Winnipeg and be power-hungry and take people's jobs away. That's not my intention and will never be what I plan. I'm literally trying to fix this department because it's clearly lacking. I'm afraid if I do not step up, the command within the department could ruin it forever and I won't be able to do anything about it. I want Paul to realize what I can do for this department. I can make this department better than ever. I've done it with RCMP, I'll do it with WPS too. If you support me, sign this petition now. Signed, MinkoTheLastAvatar #ForTheBettermentOfWinnipeg
