Please take the time to sign our petition to make Lilburn Street, North Shields a safer place for kids to play.Lacey was hit by a car and luckily survived, another child may not be so lucky.....residents have campained for a safer street for 25 years, only to be told by the council that a child must be KILLED before they will take any action!!
