There are several neighbors that are having the same issue. Lennar Homes has installed cheap and faulty breaker switches in ours homes! I am petitioning that they come out and fix the issues that multiple people are experiencing. These houses are brand new and should not be having these unsafe issues. I will be sending this petition to the Better Business Bureau.
