I have spent my evenings reading your messages about the safety concerns in our neighborhood and they confirm that we cannot wait for the builders to act. My next step is presenting this list of signatures to the management board to demand the security our families deserve.

Seeing this level of support confirms that I am not the only one in Cypress Ridge feeling unsafe in my own home. This momentum proves that our neighbors are finally ready to demand the security we were promised.

Sick of random cars driving through here at 2am. Gates are the only way to get some peace and quiet.
Been wanting it gated for a long time . Willing to pay higher HOA fees to get this done
Cypress ridge is not set up for security gates. That would mean three gates at least right now since there are three entrances. High cost hoa will be the only way to find this. We need better security presence.
Agree, we need to have a gated community and as a community figure out how and where to cut expenses to pay for it
I fully accept that this will result in higher HOA fees. The additional security, especially in light of recent events, is worth it.

Great Idea!! More security, less crime, and raise property values. I would even love to see gated with security guards.
