The country's greatest ever PM, Clem Attlee who did so so much for the country was never granted a state funeral yet Cameron & Osborne believed a PM who was virtually universally despised nationwide deserved a state funeral. Cameron & Osborne are both extremely wealthy individuals who I believe should be made to refund the taxpayer for the decision they took.
