Lynbrook residents especially around gurudwara saab have been paying rates without complaint like all others but seems to be deprived of required amenities like play areas and parks. We actually pay water and park rates regularly. Hence it is request for funding to get the land in front og banjo to be utilised to create park and play area. Not only that it is higly hazardous being home to repltiles etc. dangerous for all living around as we have witnessed snakes etc in our group pics. So I would like all to see if this is relevant and sign according and we invite all if u know anyone who can help or guide us to reach the right solution

Our kids are struggling to play outside as they have not any closer place to play and banjo Circut bush land is making huge trouble for local residents.

Definitely need to utilise that space , its usesless to pay high House rates living next to Snakes ,Rats ,Foxes .summer time Fire Danger.
