We the undersigned Luxton Lake property owners are actively withholding our annual membership dues because we cannot support the current Luxton Lake Property Owners Association president Anthony Marsanico's ongoing policy of alienation, disregard for organizational by-law procedures, and bullying leadership style. The Luxton Lake community's history and future is very important to us, and we feel that the current president has become a liability for our community's progress. His latest assertion that even 2012 dues-paying members are not allowed a vote in the 2012 election is a violation of property owner rights. Until he is removed from the LLPOA board of directors, we will continue to withhold our LLPOA membership dues.
