The volume of support has reached a level that the home office can no longer ignore. I am finalizing the formal documentation of these concerns for delivery to the executive team.

It was very unfair on how the launch happened with noir. There should of been limits for a certain period of time. Everyone should of been able to try to get some, like a 30 piece order first. Or even 60. All the reps who got things got 200 of a style, some I saw got over 1000 pieces coming. And I heard about the perks too, totally unfair.
Just totally unfair and done poorly that the first couple thousand in line get stuff took it all and the rest are just sitting in the dust with upset customers. How is this going to help the already bad publicity for LLR. We keep having to clean up LLR mess with our customers to help smooth things over every time. Totally ridiculous!
This was such a disaster of a launch. We are only suppose to have 80k consultants, yet I was 91k in line. To see other retailers commenting about how quickly things sold out and then to see pictures of retailers that are launching the Noir line the very night it releases and others that state they purchased 5000 pieces. Ridiculous!!
I am very disappointed to be in the queue the minute we could and then on hold 1:58and ended up with 0 Items! Almost the same with the Halloween & Holiday collection as well... I feel like the small business trying to build doesn’t stand a chance...
I just started Lularoe and am completely amazed at how unfair you are with all your consultants. I worked for a DS company for 7 years and never did they make the playing field unfair. You make it hard for little people like me to get ahead. I’m sad over this and it’s getting worse. Your company will not thrive by being greedy.
Absolutely should be limits! You have hurt the ones that love this business the most
The only fair way is roo divide the number of pieces by the number of consultants and put that as a limit. It shows just how little you care about the small sellers trying to grow their business.

I am very disappointed about how this release was executed. Only about 10% of consultants got a part of the black collection. That is not a statistic to be proud of
