The only fair way is roo divide the number of pieces by the number of consultants and put that as a limit. It shows just how little you care about the small sellers trying to grow their business.

This whole fiasco with the launch of the Noir Collection has me screaming foul play! So unfair limits need to be implemented for at least the 1st 24 hrs. Not everybody has the time to spend hours upon hours waiting to maybe get something. There are a lot of part time consultants here who also have full time jobs. Start thinking about the people who got you were you are today and stop lining your own pockets with all our hard work!!!

I am very disappointed about how this release was executed. Only about 10% of consultants got a part of the black collection. That is not a statistic to be proud of

I would not classify myself as “angry“ As this petition states. But I signed the petition because I do agree with the point it makes. I was Retailer 8900 in the Queue after waiting vigilantly for a solid hour and a half— and there were literally just a few items left to claim when I entered. I was able to get 12 TC2 and 5 Gigi, for perspective. Everything else was sold out. My customers ask every single day for black—and I constantly have to tell them NO. It is very defeating. I have tons of patterns that I cannot match with anything else. I live in the conservative midwest where people do not pattern match a ton and want solids to wear over their colored right patterns. Inventory sits because I have not received but six pairs of black leggings and a handful of OS/TC solids since I started in this company. Solid Irmas are also a rarity.
Please change your practices to support your smaller retailers as well as the big spenders!! To have some retailers getting thousands of black pieces and the majority getting nothing is not the T.E.A.M. concept you teach.

Selling mass amounts to thousands of people you barely know is not what I thought this company was about. I thought it was about connecting with locals to help them be their best self, while allowing individuals a chance to work hard and find success. This isn't me crying 'not fair' because I didn't get Noir; it's me questioning what direction LLR has taken if they allow big volume selling by those with the deepest pockets. Might as well charge a franchise fee and see all of us families needing to be strengthened have to quit. Why should we pack our things and go out in our community week after week to connect with people we can't properly serve? So now our customers have to go online where the 'big dogs' are requiring you get 1-3 'mystery items' along with 1 thing they wanted. It's extortion and it is sickening. Mark, Deanne, Stidman family..... How are you letting this happen? So many of us believed in you and your plan for this company. Whether intentional or accidental; if this isn't rectified immediately, then the original business model for LLR has officially changed, making thousands of us GOOB. Such is life, but it is truly sad.

The way the Noir Capsule was released was unfair. I don't agree that all of the top sellers seemed to be able to purchase thousands and thousands of items and other consulatants got NOTHING. How does LLR expect the smaller consultants to be successful in any way shape or form if they don't allow all consultants (who have paid the same amount to launch their original business) if we don't all get a fair chance to purchase such a sought out demand of products. We literally wanted to order 38 pieces of the Noir collection and weren't even able to do that. One of our teammates was in the queue and only had 6 minutes to wait to order and she wasn't able to place her order she so deserved. She had all items in her cart and just kept getting kicked out. NOW HOW IS THAT FAIR????

I was fortunate enough to get an early spot in the queue, but most of my team was not. With no first-day ordering limits in place, I'd estimate that perhaps only 15-20% of your active consultants managed to order any of the collection. This is noticeable not only to consultants, but to customers as well. I was messaged by my VIPs to see if I'd gotten anything because many of their other consultants had not. It's incredibly disheartening that so many of our voices are not being heard. Noir

I was very disappointed in the Noir collection launch. The only time I’ve ever been able to get capsules or special releases was when there was a limit for the first 24 hours. I just want one box. I’m happy for those other ladies success,I don’t care how much they buy, but I want to be able to provide for my customers. I should be allowed to also sell the capsules and special collections.
