Seeing this progress helps me breathe a little easier even if the road ahead still feels incredibly long. I am exhausted by the silence from the council but your persistence proves that this is a fight worth finishing.

I suffer from Multiple Sclerosis and find it extremely hazardous to cross the road with no pedestrian crossing
It is very difficult and dangerous to cross the road particularly at rush hours with a continuous line of traffic running towards Cardiff. The speed of the traffic through Groesfaen is excessive,particulaly now that the speed camera is not operating.
Only part road from Cardiff to Junction 34 where people in the village, including elder residents and children cannot cross safely to access buses, shop, playground or pub located on south side of village.
The village amenities such as the park, our one & only shop, pub & church are all situated across the road from the majority of houses in Groesfaen. A pedestrian crossing is vital to ensure safety for all.
An increasingly busy road. Children's playground on other side of road for most residences.
Needs crossing desperately
The Village is in desperate need of this crossing the traffic travel at a ridiculous speed and then slow down rapidly before the speed camera something needs to be done!!

As an elderly resident living on Llantrisant Road , Groesfaen I feel that the ever increasing volume of traffic through the village represents a danger to all residents - particularly the very young,elderly and disabled. A safe crossing is needed.
