We hope this email finds you well and healthy in these turbulent times impacting our personal and professional lives. As you are aware LIWA residents have always been committed to settle your rent payments in the past as per our agreed contractual terms. We have also been forthcoming in sharing our feedbacks and suggestions to support/uplift the maintenance standards and other conditions in the building which helps build a positive image to attract prospective tenants to LIWA.

However we would kindly request you to understand that the current COVID-19 crisis situation provides us with a number of challenges including the temporary or in some cases permanent reduction in our earnings due to lockdown measures imposed to support the coronavirus pandemic control efforts.

Considering the above, we request the following to be made available to all LIWA residents -

a - 25 % reduction in the annual rent for all tenants.

b - Additional 3 months of free contract period to be added to all existing and contracts due for renewal.

c - Waive contract renewal and post dated cheque charges. We are willing to pay for the Govt. of Dubai charges for Ejari registration.

d - Monthly rent payment options to be provided to the tenants.

Kindly note that the above are being requested inline with the relief being provided to the tenants in our area of residence.

We request your immediate support to sensitize LIWA management as well as concerned management at Al Naseer as well as Al Mada Properties on our request and expedite a resolution for the same.
