I just want to grab my latte and walk to the park. Please fix this.
Total nonsense. Baxter Estates needs to get with the times.
Living in the village and I dont see the problem. Let them sell to go!
This is honestly ridiculous. Its just coffee and a sandwich, why make it so hard for a local business to function?
The Dolphin is a staple. Stop with these silly rules.

Why restrict a small business from growing? Just let people walk out with their drinks!!
