To LG corporation "Lucky Goldstar" For smartphone models, O2x and G2x, with some known issues
Problems:
Backlight Washing Out Colors or backlight leaking
Random Shut offs, having to do a battery pull to reset the phone
Random Shut offs when turning on the bluetooth radio.
Random reboots ever hour when charging, causing drop calls
Phone freeze's and then catches up (mostly issue notice when typing a txt message for example)
Recommendations:
A update that fixes the above problems, that was promised but keeps getting pushed back.
A recall of the phone.
A full refund for the purchase price of the phone.

My phone keeps shutting off during calls and it is exhausting to deal with this daily. I am reading through the stories you all are leaving about the constant freezing and battery issues. We deserve hardware that actually works.

Seeing this momentum grow reminds me of the frustration I feel every time my own phone freezes mid-text. Your support keeps me from giving up on getting LG to finally address these defects.

second replacement and same issues. im done with lg after this.
my g2x shuts off constantly. Tmobile just keeps telling me to take the battery out. tired of this mess.
THE SCREEN WASHES OUT EVERY SINGLE DAY. LG needs to own up to this garbage hardware.
garbage phone. freezing when i text is the worst part. fix the firmware now.
mine reboots every time i try to use bluetooth in the car. cant even use the features i paid for.
Same problems over and over with replacements.

I been having problem with LG phone forever, since I bought the phone I have to change it 3 times. I go with T mobile and all the time they say that I have it to turn off the phone at lease one time in the morning to work fine all day... I want a new phone, but I have to wait for at lease 5 months to get a better one... for my opinion LG doesn't work at all.
