Same issue here. Lights go on but screen is just pitch black. so frustrating
never buying hp again. total waste of money
this is a known issue they need to step up and fix it. cant believe they still sell these
mine worked fine until the warranty expired then it just died. sounds like a design flaw to me
my screen died after only 8 months. hp customer service was useless and told me it was my fault. GARBAGE LAPTOP
HP is responsible for this defective product. Oviously made to brake.
