When the Behold 2 Android powered mobile phone was released towards the end of 2009, all of the advertising, and sales representatives were telling us customers that the Behold 2 would receive the Android 2.x updates as they became available. It has now become known that there is NO 2.x updates coming for us Behold 2 owners, only 1.6. What does this mean for us? Basically, we are stuck with a phone that we were lied to about from the beginning, receive no support from Samsung on, and still have our contract terms left. We are simply asking Samsung to fix what they have gone back on, and either: 1) Stick to their word and give us the phone it should've been by releasing Android 2.x for the Behold 2. 2) Replace the phones we have with a similar model (i.e. the Galaxy S), that will come with Android 2.x and will be supported by Samsung 3) Refund the purchase price paid so we can get a phone that will get the most recent Android updates (2.x) If Samsung does not attempt to resolve this, legal action will be taken.
