LG has released their new phone the V10 and now it is having the same problems as its previous phone the LG G4. We the customers that have bought the LG V10 want our phone fixed or our money back!
LG refuses to take accountability while thousands of us are left with expensive paperweights. I am tired of their silence and I am pushing to get this directly in front of the executives who signed off on this defective hardware.

Got my phone day after release in Nov 2015 and it bootlooped yesterday our of nowhere. I have now lost all of the pictures of my youngest daughter who was born in Sep since there is no way to access the phone to retrieve them.

bootloop issue started on 1/25/2017.
A month out of warranty. I'm devastated! LG Service Center wont even recognize the problem saying they havent encountered this issue for v10. This really sucks

Purchased 2 V10 phones at the same time, one for my daughter and one for me & both of them are absolutely paper weights saying "Life's good". Yeah, real good....grrr...paying monthly service fees for phones that don't work! Phones should be recalled & users should be compensated! Class Action lawsuit anyone?

Loved the LGG4 before it bootlooped and wanted to remain loyal to the company and purchase the V10. Bootlooped as well despite manufacturing differences. I can't afford much else so purchasing this phone as a daily driver was a huge decision.
One I wont make again.

Apart from the loss of money, this issue has cause those who own LG V10 phones to lose their precious data (which cannot be replaced). LG please own up to your mistake!

LG needs to address this issue in the same way that Samsung is addressing the note 7 issue. This is a premium phone and should not be having this level of issue.
