ralph picard I am against new zoning ordinance for the sands hotel. As a builder of 5 homes in Fenwick I was required to follow precise proceedural steps, submissions, and inspections. And, as we all know, this is process that our neighboring towns also require. I am not aware of any steps, submissions and zoining research (how does the proposed building effect traffic, parking, and will it conform to the existing height restrictions. And if not, was a variance request submitted and on what grounds would any variation be approved?)
