Apoyamos el plan original de Jack Zehren para Pueblito que presentaron los desarrolladores, que se detalla en el siguiente link.
Nos oponemos al plan modificado que presentaron los desarrolladores el 31 de agosto de 2024 y a esfuerzos similares para introducir unidades habitacionales densas en cualquier lugar de La Estancia.
El plan original está en la imagen de la izquierda. El plan modificado es totalmente diferente, los detalles están en los links de abajo.
El plan modificado tiene 61 apartamentos en una pequeña sección de Pueblito, quizás 1/8 o 1/10 del área total de Pueblito.
El plan original de Jack Zehren preveía un total de 88 casas y grandes condominios en TODA el área de Pueblito.

We support the original Jack Zehren plan for the Pueblito that the developers provided, detailed at the link below.
We oppose the modified plan the developers presented on August 31, 2024 and similar efforts to introduce dense living units anywhere in La Estancia.
The original plan is in the image on the left. The modified plan is totally different, the details are in the links below.
The modified plan has 61 apartments in a small section of the Pueblito, perhaps 1/8 or 1/10 of the overall Pueblito area.
The original plan from Jack Zehren called for a total of 88 houses and large condos in the ENTIRE area of Pueblito.

Se tiene que respetar el plan inicial. La Estancia no esta hecha para tanta densidad.
Muy decepcionada con los desarrolladores. Cambian el proyecto a mitad de camino y esperan que nos quedemos callados. NO.
Totalmente de acuerdo. El plan original era mucho mejor y mas ordenado. No queremos tanta densidad aca.
Basta de estos cambios. Compramos con una idea en mente y ahora quieren cambiar todo para meter mas gente. No es justo.
61 apartamentos en ese espacio es una locura total. Va a ser un caos de trafico y ruido. Paren esto ya.

Que respeten lo que prometieron desde el principio! estoy con ustedes.
Se tiene que respetar el plan inicial. La Estancia no esta hecha para tanta densidad.
Muy decepcionada con los desarrolladores. Cambian el proyecto a mitad de camino y esperan que nos quedemos callados. NO.
