Very disappointed with Glendales decision. As a resident and hiker, I looked forward to pictures with the American flag. This is not trash or dog poop which is common on the trails. Maybe Glendale should be more concerned with that.

It's a disgrace that the American Flag keeps being taken down. The first time I saw the flag when I hiked up the mountain, I felt so good inside. When I hiked up one day and saw that it wasn't there anymore, my heart sank. Leave our flag there!!

Why would someone complain about the flags? These flags are something I look forward to seeing when I'm hiking. Unbelievable that someone would complain. It is our Nations flag and a representative of what we stand for and what my Dad fought to protect. These flags should most definitely stay.

The best part of our hike weekly is being greeted by the very symbol of our freedom and liberties when we reach the top. Seeing the Stars and Stripes flowing in the wind reminds me of those who gave their lives for me to be able to enjoy a beautiful day on the mountain. Keep the flags flying!!

Support the flag waving on our mountains, the mountains belong to us all and pride and patriotism are suffering now more than ever. Tony and others like him do this at their own cost of time and money and we are thankful for them.

The flag on top of thunderbird mountain has meant so much to so many people!! Google thunderbird mountain and look at the images, there are hundreds of people that have taken a pic with the flag!!! It has always been well maintained and taken care of. Please keep it up!!

Please consider fying our American flag. There is nothing better than the red white and blue flying on top of the highest mountains in a community. There is nothing greater. Stop changing everything that represents our country! Its not hurting anyone, little to no maintenance needed, and the flag represents the men and women who lost thier lives so we can fly the flag without fear of prejudice or retribution. Stop taking away everything we stand for!!
