Management continues to act like our department problems do not exist. We are done waiting around for permission to demand basic respect on the shop floor.

The momentum we have built proves that the bosses at KP can no longer ignore our demand for real representation. We are forcing them to recognize that the Eye Care team is united and ready to hold them accountable.

Le is an amazing, knowledgeable, patient and kind person. She will do an amazing job as a Union Steward for anyone who is in need of assistance!!
