Hello Local 105!
My name is Gina Ross. I have been employed with KP for 9 years. I started in the Appointment Center in 2014 then moved to MSCC in 2015 and was there until I moved over to Referrals in 2021. I became a steward in March of 2018 but had to step down due to personal reasons in February of 2022. I remained active within our union by becoming part of the Local 105 Executive Board in October 2022. I also participated in National Bargaining 2023 to help mobilize Local 105 employees to win the best national agreement in KP history!
My personal situation has changed, and I am ready to re-commit to becoming a steward to fight for our members. I would appreciate your support in this process by signing your name to this petition. I commit to going above and beyond to fight for Local 105 employees by enforcing our contracts and providing education as needed.

I really thought this might just be a quiet thing but honestly waking up to all these names is completely overwhelming in the best way possible. It feels like the energy is actually shifting and I keep re-reading the comments while drinking my coffee because it gives me so much faith that we are heading in the right direction.

I believe Gina would be a great candidate as she has shown commitment in the past with the National Bargaining agreement. Go Gina!
Gina is always so helpful whenever I reach out with questions, and I appreciate her for that! She would be excellent Union Steward!
I've saw Gina move in a positive and supportive way in the local 105 Union and as a presently coWorker. she would be a great asset being back on the battle ground fighting for what we all believe in . totally totally what is equal,fair,right for all. go Gina...
Gina is a highly regarded and trusted employee and colleague and has proven union experience. I would definitely recommend her!
I feel Gina Ross would be an extraordinary Union Steward. Her knowledge and experience is unmatched. They way Gina goes above and beyond to answer any questions one may have has shown so much dedication. I can only imagine the extent of her efforts to be there for anyone in need of a steward representative.
