A request to Groundspeak and the Geocaching.com team

Quality of the Geocaching experience in Latvia has been in a steady decline since the increase of Geocaching users in Latvia. The local reviewer, Pohatu Nuva, has shown that he is not up to the task to review the bigger number of caches being published. He has no interest in verifying the Geocache descriptions before publishing them, he often delays publishing a cache for weeks, and once being pressured, publishes them all with no verification. 

Caches that have been published include ones with no description provided, with obvious violations of Groundspeak rules, with obscenities and other problems that could have been avoided if the reviewer had been reading the cache description. Pohatu Nuva openly admitted that there is not a single good geocache in Latvia, and that he considers the Latvian users to be at fault. 

The local Geocaching community has contacted Groundspeak a number of times, with no long term solution achieved, as the problems continue with each new batch of published caches. 

We hereby request Groundspeak to change our reviewer to another person, who hopefully, will do a better job and help our Latvian Geocaching community achieve a better experience in this wonderful game.
