Request to Change the Timberlake Improvement District’s Water & Wastewater Utility Operator
Many customers in Timberlake Improvement District have become increasingly frustrated with the service provided by Regional Water. Common concerns include long hold times, unreturned calls and emails, delayed repairs, lack of follow-up, and difficulty getting issues resolved. Over time, these issues have led many customers to lose confidence in the current utility operator.
We believe it is time for a change.
Sign to ask the Timberlake Improvement District Board of Directors to replace Regional Water with Municipal Operations & Consulting (M.O.C.) as the District’s water and wastewater utility operator. M.O.C. is known for its responsive customer service, hands-on approach to system maintenance, maintaining an inventory of commonly needed repair parts, and performing many repairs with its own personnel rather than relying heavily on outside contractors. We believe M.O.C. is better positioned to provide the timely, reliable service our communities deserve.
Whether you’ve personally experienced problems with Regional Water or simply believe our community deserves better service, please sign this petition. If you’d like, share your experience or the reason for your support in the comments. Your feedback will help the Board better understand the concerns and priorities of the customers and businesses it serves.
Regional water often does not respond to customer questions. They put you on hold forever. They do not have a drive-thru to pay your bill. They use third parties to conduct repairs.
