We would like to remove the new gate access system, revert back to the old key system and fix the previous issues. This would include rekeying the gates every 3 years to make sure old keys are no longer operable and to fix the back drive through gate entry system. Since the new system has never worked properly we will demand a portion of the money returned from that system. We are aware that we will lose some of our money in that change but that is the gamble that was taken and lost.

Please only sign it once per household so we can prove a 50% majority, and don't forget to add your unit number to the sign so we can track it for majority purposes. Thank you.
