If girls can't wear leggings because they are "distracting to boys" then that teaches girls that we need to modify ourselves to better the education of boys
It's not fair for boys to wear chubbies what come to their mid thigh and sometimes expose their under wear when they sit down when girls can't wear leggings with a big tee shirt because they are too distracting even when our butts are covered. News flash guys underwear hanging out of their shorts is more distracting than leggings!
I believe that girls at Christ Church should be allowed to wear leggings as long as they are appropriate because leggings are comfortable, warm, and stylish at the same time. There is nothing bad about them.
As a student of CCES my parents are paying 15,000 plus dollars a year for me to go to this school. I should be able to wear leggings because I am comfortable and my education is equally as important as mens. This isn't the 1800s we don't wear skirts down to our ankles. Get with the times CCES
This is an outrage. Leggings are harmless and serve as simple elastic clothing. They cover all necessary body parts, while at the same time collaborating well with any other article of clothing.
Honestly leggings do a much better job than skirts and dresses by covering more and they are so much more comfortable than jeans. I sometimes have to wear a knee brace and jeans get bunched up in them and it causes a lot of chaffing which makes me really uncomfortable. Leggings are made of stretchy material that allows more movement and freedom and keeps the uncomfortableness away when it comes to knee braces. It's ridiculous that CCES chooses to let girls wear dresses shorter than their butts, but not leggings with a blouse that covers their butt. This is an outrage!!!!
Just because my ass is great doesn't mean I'm asking for rape. Respect teenage girls. If you are sexualizing young girls, you are the problem. Leggings are not consent. A mini skirt is not consent. Cleavage is not consent. What girls wear does not determine the amount of respect they deserve. You are telling her theat making sure boys have a "distraction free learning environment" is more important than her education. You are literally saying boys education is more important than girls. If you think she's "too young" to dress like that, then she's too young for you to be sexualizing her body. If you sexist me, I will feminist you.

Just for the record, I do not think that the problem with leggings is boys in the first place. I will not be distracted by anything a girl wears, for most of the guys in this high school aren't complete sleezebags as some of you think. I have the ability to act mature and I definitely treat women as people, not sex objects. So let's not blame it on us guys. Let's at least give a good reason so we actually have a chance to fight this, because one of your arguments is invalid. bahahhahaha #ccesgoeswild2014
