I was just looking at the master plan drawings again and it is honestly wild that they think a simple grass field is enough when we really need a space for everyone to actually swim year round. Sometimes I wonder if they even talk to the people living here because the feedback I get from neighbors is just so different from what the city keeps telling us.

Hope they listen to us for once. Tired of the city council ignoring what the actual residents want.
About time! Swimming is the only exercise I can actually do with my bad knees. Build it!
YES. Los altos needs this bad. My kids are sick of doing nothing all summer.
We have been waiting forever for a local pool. It is such a pain to drive all the way to mountain view just to get some laps in.
Put a pool in the plans or dont bother building anything at all.

The community center is useless without a aquatic facility. Why build it halfway when we can actually make a nice space for everyone to use.
