As evidenced by other Lennar communities (see picture) the addition of a swimming pool for our community not only creates beauty to the already featured homes, but would be a great amenity. While waiting for the intially planned playground, speaking with other community residents preference would be a pool. This would provide a great family centered atmosphere. If you agree please sign this petition, we will present this to our current HOA/ Lennar representative for feedback. All adults in household please sign separately.

I have been reviewing the constructive feedback left by many of you regarding our shared vision for the community space. My next step involves formalizing our request to the HOA representatives to ensure our collective preference is formally documented.

Really believe a pool would add so much more to our neighborhood than a small park would. We already have a park at the Cornelius Road Park that we will have access to.
I strongly agree that swimming pool will be a great addition to Parkmont Enclave.

Really Need Community Swimming Pool in this community. Don't have any other Swimming pools within 4 miles of radius.
