I have been hearing from so many of you who are tired of losing a huge chunk of your take-home pay while being treated like you do not exist. My phone is constantly buzzing with messages from dancers across the state who are ready to stop being exploited by these clubs. We are currently meeting with legal advocates to make sure our next steps are as strong as the law itself.

Seeing this momentum grow reminds me of the nights I spent worrying about whether I could even cover my rent after the club took its cut. We are finally building the pressure needed to force these owners to acknowledge our rights.
