Hosted by The Escort Law Review

There must be a middle ground between recognizing that trafficking in children or adults is wrong both morally and legally, and recognizing that adults should have the freedom to use their bodies, their time & companionship as they see fit.

Similarly, there must be a middle ground between the needs of communities to keep street prostitution and solicitation out of the pubic eye, and recognizing the right of consenting adults to engage in consensual, if commercial, sexual acts behind closed doors and out of the public eye.

The law in Canada and many other developed countries permits sexual acts for commercial gain as long as those acts take place in private and nobody is forced or coerced to work in that industry.

By signing this petition, you agree that like other forms of labor, adults in the US should have the right to choose to use their time and abilities as they see fit, even if that involves private and consensual sex acts for profit.
