According to our Covenants - Section 4, Article 4.7 says (in paraphrase) "in no event should the container be visible from neighboring properties except for being available for collection."

In a recent newsletter, the HOA Board of Directors published a note indicating that they will start enforcing this rule and fining homeowners $100 starting July 15. They are proposing some sort of "enclosures" to hide the trash cans. In the history of this neighborhood, this has never been a major complaint or issue. In fact, the addition of "enclosures" is going to create an even more unsightly problem than trash cans because they will all be of varying materials, colors, sizes, etc.

By signing this petition, you are asking the Board of Directors of the Kingdom Ridge Homeowners Association to not enforce this rule and instead target specific offending homeowners with warning letters or fines.
