This petition is to support Kidz Village Preschool & Daycare, located at 82-02 Grand Avenue in Queens, NY, with their appeal to be reconsidered for the status as a UPK school for the 2017-2018 school year.

As you know, Kidz Village is one of the most beloved preschools in Queens. Its beautiful school, diverse population, inspired curriculum and individualized loving care for its students is unparalleled.

Recently, Kidz Village received a rejection letter after applying to become a UPK school. We strongly believe that this rejection was a mistake.

Kidz Village Preschool & Daycare faculty and director go above and beyond in so many ways. Their field trips, foreign language inclusion, music/movement classes, organic and healthy food choices, and the teachers’ dedication to creative exploration and foundational education in literacy, math, art and science enable Kidz Village to stand out as an exemplary institution. This is especially true when compared with other approved UPK programs in the neighborhood and surrounding areas.

As a member of this community and as a concerned parent looking out for the well-being and best opportunities for your child and all children, I am asking that you sign this petition to support Kidz Village Preschool & Daycare's appeal to be reconsidered for UPK for the 2017-2018 school year.
