Many backers went into Kickstarter and Indiegogo to support a company called, Fearless Toys, Ltd. They offered a spinning top that was to spin for hours, even getting a Guiness Record for it!

Their delivery date was back in Dec 2018, with all the backers thinking it would make a great Christmas gift. When that date was missed, they promised they would deliver in January, than February, March, etc. This has been going on now for some time and finally, after a year since it kicked off, we are nowhere close to receiving our items.
I know many of you are frustrated and have been trying to contact this merchant for refunds and resolution. Instead, we have been met with silence, little to no support from the platform providers at both IGG and KS, with little to no accountability of the kind of merchants they have onsite.
We need to compel this merchant to provide us our refund.
Many legitimate merchants only take the funds or charge your account once an item has shipped and this is far from that.
We need to mobile to get these shady merchants to be held accountable.
Join me in this protest to get our hard earned money back and in addition, to stop supporting platforms like KS and IGG due to their lack of accountability or desire to man up their charter to make the platform sustainable vs the haven of crookedness that has taken over.

Never received any of the items I backed on IndieGoGo. Contacted the company after they finally pretended they were shipping and was provided with a bogus tracking number that didn't even correspond to my mailing address, and then they stopped communicating with me.
I pre ordered this so called Limbo forever spin top from Indigogo on 20/2/2019, and their latest updates was on 3/9/2020, no news since then, 29 months passed and nothing were received, definitely a scam without a doubt.
It should be a christmas present for my son, then a birthday present back in 2018-2019. I'm still waiting. No news since september 2020. Send the goods, or gimme my money back !
Silence for the last 4 months. We've been patient but we have no reason to believe the product we paid for will be delivered. Because of this, I will never use IGG or KS again.
Highly deceptive and false assurances. Considering the gratuitous amount of money raised above the target, there is no justification for this. I would be interested in joining a class-action lawsuit

Fraud = fraud! I tried to order one of these "Inception" type tops, but the "Fraud-prevention" group at my credit union wouldn't let them take the money out of my account. Lucky me. These "fake top' people need to be shut down, and all moneys returned to honest people who got conned by this clever scam. Enough!
