I ordered 2 swim suits from this company and am now in a battle for my money back. I was not lucky enough to have someone warn me about this scam of a company. Their size charts are a complete lie, and they send you something that is way smaller than what you actually ordered. I ordered XL and they are more like XS. I also paid for expidited shipping so I would have it in time for my vacation and it was not expidited at all. I have been able to read so many negative comment son their Facebook, where others haven't received their purchases, or have and it's poorly made, too small or not even the same thing that was pictured. They are the worst company to order from and I want them gone so that they can not scam others. I am in a battle with them for my refund and I have also contacted my local attorney general and put in a complaint with econsumer (the international BBB). my item got "lost" in shipping, so because I didn't pay extra for insurance I only get a partial refund which comes in a store credit to encourage me to buy more stuff... which I'm sure will get mysteriously "lost" on its way here as well.
Been sent a dress with a hole and sent photo evidence as asked and told I'm not entitled to a full refund still, but a gesture of 30% can be made??? The dress is terrible and only good for the bin! I'm so upset as now they r blocking my emails
Scam. They steal ideas and pictures from quality website and post it as their own. When you order you get the rejects. They won't return the money even though their policy states that they would. My teaching number states they have my package.
I ordered two pair of pants and a jumpsuit from the sister company dresslilly and sammydress. I too had to ask paypal for a refund. What I received was nothing as pictured. No tags in the garments and the hems were done by a five year old, Im sure of it.
They scammed me for $75 and never sent my step daughters winter formal dress that was order 3 months in advance. They sent me horrible cursing messages saying "F u thank you for donation". They NEED to be shut down along with thier affiliates!
Glad to sign against this deceptive and fraudelent, misleading, unethical and nightmare of a company..
They never compensated me back for retuned product !

I returned $74 worth of merchandise to the address they told me in New Jersey, US. I never got refunded for it because they claim they never recieved my package, but I know they have it because it's been 5 months and the mail service did not return to sender.
