This is our town history. Stop trying to erase everything you dont like.
If we take down every statue we dont agree with whats next? Just leave it where it belongs.
Denton has bigger problems to deal with than a statue. Focus on the roads.
LEAVE IT ALONE. People need to stop being so sensitive about everything.
My great grandpa fought in that war and he didnt do it for hate. You people are just trying to stir up trouble.
The idea of removing history is a horrible idea.

The war was not about slavery. It was about rights and unfair tax of our exports.
