Eleanor Whitte is planning to retire from Xerox Corporation after 35 years of service; she is looking forward to a much deserved life of leisure and golfing. Her colleagures at Xerox, however, are dreading her retirement. Eleanor is an excellent system engineer who anticipates -- and delivers to -- the needs of the program team and Xerox partners. Further, she is a ray of sunshine in an often stressed work envionment as she is always smiling and optimistic.
