Recently we were all given the devastating news that Tupperware's Cheryl Smith was let go as Vice President of Party Experience. We understand fully that the times we are in are difficult indeed but we are also very aware that Cheryl Smith IS for thousands of Consultants the FACE of TUPPERWARE She is our SUNSHINE and we would like to see her REMAIN as Tupperware's Vice President of Party Experience. This was a very poor business decision if the purpose is to increase sales. She’s the heart of sales force so you’ve just delivered a blow. Your business plan and products and past president were the reason Tupperware was declining. We need Cheryl behind us.
Poor decision on Tupperware’s part. I couldn’t tell you who any current leadership is in the organization, but I can tell you I know exactly who Cheryl is!!! She is the face of Tupperware to the entire sales team!
She needs to stay. President and other figureheads that have large 6 figure salaries should take a pay cut to try and keep all staff. Seriously, if you truly care about all of your staff you need to consider a reduction in your very large salaries.
How can y’all preach confidence when y’all do something as low as this. Cheryl is the Tupperware. I know a company is about making money but you have to care about your people. This tells the sales force the people don’t matter to Tupperware just the money.
She is for so many THE « call to action » girl! She is THE experienced one who understands us, on the field! With all that moves so much in Orlando, she is the last human being that relates us to the home office team! Don’t treat her this way, bring back our heart in this company, please!

My grandson & I watched Cheryl every Saturday morning. I don't know why she is gone... But we miss her & genuine enthusiasm, knowledge... it would have been nice to be given the news that she was leaving, rather than her disappearing & radio silence.
