I have a neighbour that called by-law on my wind chimes for making too much noise. We as concerned citizens have the right to keep them up for the safety of our family’s with bears and other animals that come into our yards that are scared of the noise.
As Canadian citizens it is our right to put out chimes to beautify in our community and to keep them Hanging.
