Hello,
My 11 year old son and two younger children dreamt of having a treehouse. Because of this my Son decided to start building one on his own by nailing boards to a tree. He spent a few hours a day doing this. As his Father I decided to help him pursue his dream and we built one together. After 3 months of team work and $3000, we've got a nice treehouse up, which the kids have already spent time in with friends and family.
I also received help and approval from many neighbors to help build this! THANK YOU for the wood donations and everyone's help!
In an age of media bombardment, this a place where kids can be creative & adventurous outside in the sun.
Unfortunately, we received a citation to remove it, only because of a complaint. Sorry if the treehouse offends anyone. If this was not a corner lot, none of this would be an issue.

My kids have enjoyed the treehouse with the Young kids. They were so excited to see it go up. Please let this family use THEIR back yard as they wish. The treehouse is not hurting anyone, nor is it an eyesore in any way.

It’s a clean build. Honestly, I don’t think it really matters. It’s already built, it’s not pink, and the kids like it.
If you can’t build a treehouse in your yard for your kids, then it’s not a home.
Let the tree house stay!!!
I pass by daily and do not see any issue whatsoever with the treehouse being where it was put. It is a nice tree house and makes the yard look inviting for all kids.
Let kids be kids!!! Whoever is against this has serious issues!!! Blow off and leave this family alone!! This is a beautiful thing that should not be taken down!!!

Tree houses are great for kids. Please let it stay. It's more imaginative fun for kids who spend too much time on video games.
