Preserve Eagan City Code Chapter 10 referencing the implementation of recreational fires intact as it is presently written.

A proposal is potentially being considered that would require all individuals wanting to have recreational fires in the city of Eagan to obtain a permit to do so as well as placing yet to be determined time frame limits on these fires.

This over-reaching potential amendment to City Code Chapter 10 is likely born out of an isolated instance that an individual has and is not reflective of a larger issue in our city.
