- This is a petition to reach out to all of my fans who support my SAFE practice of entertaining everyone with my flair bartending performances, much of which exhibits fire flair artistic performance. The authorities have always been a bully if they happened to be around, stopping my shows with a blind eye to what I'm actually doing. They don't take into consideration my 21 years of safe performances hundreds of times per year with no incident. My shows are entertaining and invigorating and lift people's spirits while not ever putting anyone at risk or in danger. If you've been a fan over the years you know this to be true. The authorities want permits to be pulled, a pyro technician on premise as well as a fire official which all of this creates an unaffordable expense. The motivation here is money not safety because the permit isn't making anyone any safer. I've done shows at venues with permits and a fire official present and it's no different of a situation then if they weren't there. There is no fire truck on premise! This is a money and power racket and I'm fed up with being bullied. This petition is for you, the audience to support my form of entertainment and request that I have a lifetime free permit to perform with fire for all of you in the county of Cuyahoga, particularly the city of Cleveland. I need your voice to help protect my right to free speech through expressive artistry. 21 years I have been performing, using all safety precautions and measures and have NEVER had one incident. Will you show me support by agreeing with me that I have never had an incident and will always take the precautions to never have one. I'm actually taking another precaution by asking for your support to demand a free permit for anywhere in Cleveland so that you can safely be entertained without having to pay the city the outrageous fees they want for really doing nothing at all. Thank you for your support. I also thank the firefighters for their service when fighting fires and saving lives where its necessary. What I don't support is the Marshals bullying the little guy who works his tail off to being a professional, into spending money on permits that don't do anything much to change the situation at all. These are public officials. Our tax dollars pay their salaries. Protect yours and my first amendment right to perform freely and they should be there then free of charge to "serve and protect"! Please consider helping me achieve a performance permit so that these officials will stop their bullying and support a Cleveland artist whom you all have supported for 23 years. Thank you!

The level of support for this cause has reached a significant turning point. It is encouraging to see so many people recognize that these performances prioritize safety alongside artistic expression. This momentum provides a strong foundation as we prepare to challenge the current permit requirements.

I have hired Robbie Flair at my former bar, Battery Park Pub on countless occasions and fully support his professionalism when performing, his experience, and his ability to share k knowledge with others.
I have performed and partnered with Robbie Flair on multiple occassions and I can attest that safety precautions have been in place each and every time.
I have watched Robbie Flair earn a living supporting himself & autistic son through the entertainment industry for 10+ yrs. He has entertained thousands safely, professionally, without incident. It is called experience, & professionalism. I have appeared with him in many of his selfless charity & fundraising events. He has always displayed his love for Cleveland & it’s people. It is time to return the favor. Thank you!
I’ve seen Rob Turek perform his fire show many times. He has never been reckless or endangered the customers. I am an industry professional and trainer.
I’ve seen this person perform multiple times at multiple venues. Never did I feel at risk and has made evening when I had seen him very memorable and special. Please take into consideration his craft and training and let him continue what he loves.
Which authorities are you referring to Robbie? I've yet to see an officer stop you from blowing fire into old wooden rafters.
Go get em Robbie!!!!

Its disturbing for paid public servants to take away the livelihood of a single father of an autistic child who's income is provided solely for safe entertainment. Disgrace to the city of Cleveland!
