First Bus glasgow has decided to take off the 49 bus off brockburn roadat end of july and now thats us down to 1 bus and its the SPT 153 bus which dont start untill 18:30 but crookstone road has got the no.3 x8 and 22 which service is always every 10 mins or 20 mins going to breahead govan and town but they cant put on bus down brockburn road so i would like you all to help sign and share this petition so we can forward it onto first bus glasgow to get somthing done as there is pensioners that stay in this area and they depend on bus to get them out for there shopping and local people to and from work so please help sign and pass this on so we can get some action done and we also need more buses to come down going to govan and the new hospital!

The volume of support has now reached a scale that demands a formal response from First Bus Glasgow management. I am currently drafting a letter to their operations director to schedule a meeting regarding the Brockburn Road route changes. Expect an update on their reply once I receive formal acknowledgement.

Brockburn road always looses out . There are a lot of people that rely on public transport. The residents of the sheltered housing on Brockburn road for example.
i use this bus 6 days of the week to travel to and from my mothers house who lives in mosspark and has alziemers i rely on this as i am her carer and can only get out with the use of a wheelchair
I need this bus to get to my gran if she needs help and to get to school
This bus help people in the community get around. Please keep it going.

Another bus to be axed that was popular.Making it even harder for people to travel from 1 destination to another..Atrocious & Shocking!!! Please keep this bus running!!

this is a very vital service to me as i have epilepsie and an 8 year old daughter this bus is vital for hospital and for my sick mother who lives in govan,who needs my help to live indepentaly.
