I have been hearing from so many of you about how Pete is the only person who actually understands our workflow. I am currently gathering all your stories to present them directly to management later this week.

Seeing this level of support for Pete confirms that our design team relies on his expertise every single day. I am humbled by how many of you stepped up to back someone who has kept our workflow moving for so long.

Pete is invaluable to the design team - his expert knowledge and understanding of our ways of working mean our issues are resolved very quickly. Working remotely we rely greatly on the macbooks and Pete is always available and efficient when things go wrong!
Pete has been so helpful and quick to respond to any IT issues I have had. He has always talked through everything and been approachable even at the end of a day in lockdown on a Friday..! His knowledge is vast, and completely understands situations and resolves them!
Pete is always supportive, very knowledgable and has always helped me do my job quickley and effectively, a massive bonus for the team when so much of the processes are geared towards PC.
Pete has a lot knowledge and expertise. He not only has MAC support skills, he actually has clarity and understanding of the IT infrastructure system. This is exactly the skills needed - be an expert in your field (MAC support) but also understand how it can fit in with the rest of the (PC based) business!
Pete is VITAL in ensuring the design team are working as efficiently as possible. Without his assistance in the past year, I would not have been able to do my job properly as he is always on call to help with technical difficulties and knows our Macs and the system inside out.
Pete is a fantastic engineer with years of experience. He is a top bloke as well and very popular with the users. He would be a big loss to M&S.
Invaluable support that is so helpful when working digitally. Quick, efficient and saves us time.

Pete is our Mac guru and his knowledge and quick response is invaluable - now more than ever working remotely! It seems unfair to diminish the team even further, leaving the weight of the workload required, to just a couple of people.
