The emails I receive from students sharing their experiences with Al remind me why this fight is necessary even when it feels like we are shouting into a void. I am currently coordinating with a few others to bring our concerns directly to the faculty office despite the ongoing silence from the administration.

Best prof at Carleton hands down. Give him a permanent contract already.
SERIOUSLY? Why are they doing this to him again?? Leave the man alone.
Keep him! He actually knows how to teach unlike some of the others in the department.
He helped me so much last semester when I was struggling. Such a loss if he goes.
Al is literally the only reason I passed my accounting class. This is ridiculous.

This would be a massive mistake for Sprott. Hes a legend.
