Team work is at its best with Christof, Virginia and Georgeann working together. This year, one of the team members will be missing from the Huntington Beach summer Student Exchange program. Each team is responsible for different facets of the program. Because the team has been together for some time, they have fine tuned the program into a great learning experience for all involved. I am asking that Christof be allowed to once again to work in Southern California with Virginia Chapman during the summer exchange program. He was wonderful with the students and was able to successfully connect with them. He was a real asset to the program and had a keen ability to make each student feel welcomed and appreciated. I believe students spread the word about this program largely because of him. I ask that Christof is petmitted to return. He IS the program. Christof has the ability to interact with each Student. He knows when fun is needed and what will make this memorable for all.
Christof is a vital member to the team - he keeps the students engaged - they learn while having fun - the trio have worked together for years providing an incredible experience for not only the students but the host families as well I had he pleasure of watching them at work last year for the 1st time new to the program I was somewhat apprehensive but by the end of the program was greatful for the support I received from all of them - there was never a question who was in charge of what it just happened and the kids respected their leadership and friendship
I took part in the program in 2008 and had a great experience, thanks to Christof and the local coordinators who worked together perfectly. Christof is a good coordinator and teacher who takes great care of his students and their families. He always had an open ear for the student's problems and made sure that they felt comfortable being far away from home. Therefore, he needs to remain part of the team as he is essential to the program's success!
I was part of the program in 2006 and absolutely loved it the way it was, with Christof being the German Leader who flew all the way from Germany to California with the students and stayed with us there throughout the program, teaching and attending all parts of the social program as well. He is essential to the program and should maintain a part of it.
Hire Christoph!!!

Having been a host parent for more than 25 years, I have had worked with other group leaders. Christof has been the by far the best. He is a great liaison between parents and students, anticipating possible problems and concerns. He is always an active positive inluence with the group. Please ensure for us that our student exchange will be a rewarding experience, send Chistof.
